Notes from the listing agent

Building home sites are in short supply in Oak Ridge and the gated community within Rivers Run offers an opportunity to secure the perfect place for your new home. Single family homes from 1855 to 3600 sq ft that are architecturally optimized for today's living with low maintenance features stressed. The neighborhood is located near Centennial Golf Course, the Oak Ridge Marina, the 780-acre Haw Ridge Park, and Oak Ridge City Greenways including Melton Lake's with its jogging trail/walkway. Downtown Oak Ridge is only a few minutes away as are the award-winning Oak Ridge Schools. Select from an array of floor plan options or bring your own plans for HOA & Seller approval. Leave lawn care to the professionals, as HOA fees cover mowing, mulching, trimming, chemical treatments and utilities and maintenance for the irrigation system. Adjacent to the community recreation center (membership is optional), which features an Olympic size swimming pool, kiddy pool, two tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, children's playground, and a covered area with picnic tables, kitchen, restrooms and ample parking. West Knoxville and Turkey Creek shopping are just 15 minutes away. This year we are building spec homes on several of the available home sites. See pictures for the rest of the story...or come visit us! For Buyers experiencing the 'Costco Effect' the nearest Costco is only 13 miles away, of which 10 miles are four-lane roads. Owner/Agent
